Cosmicks Art works with a print-on-demand provider that has three production and logistics centers in the United States. Orders are printed and shipped from the center closest to the customer's final address:

• East Coast: Charlotte, NC
• Midwest: Dallas, TX
• West Coast: San Diego, CA

The processing time for your order includes both the printing and handling stages. As our products are printed on demand, it typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and manage your order before it is ready to be shipped. Please note that our processing times are an estimate and not a guarantee.

Once your order is processed and printed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number. Please note that the total delivery time will include this processing time plus the shipping time, which varies depending on your selected shipping method and location.

If the address is correct and the package isn't at the post office or with your neighbors, please contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date at contact@cosmicks.art with your order number. Upon receiving your notification and verifying the details, only in this case, we will cover the costs of printing and shipping a new product.

If there's an issue with your shipping address, we may resend your product, but you'll be responsible for the costs.
Pro tip: Your postal code is crucial to your address. Ensure it's entered correctly.

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns due to sizing issues, as each item is made-to-order through our supplier. We understand that selecting the correct size can be challenging, so we encourage our customers to thoroughly review the size guide available on each product page of our website to ensure choosing the right size before placing an order.

If you have received an item that does not fit, we regret to inform you that due to the on-demand production process, we do not offer refunds for sizing errors or exchanges for a different size.
